Saturday 18 October, the Queen’s Market in Rhyl held its first bilingual gig with the support of Menter Iaith Sir Ddinbych.
It was lovely to see so many come to support the event with two local bands, Tew Tew Tennau and Bau Cat entertaining the audience.
In addition to enjoying the music, the audience also had a chance to support local businesses by enjoying a variety of foods on offer there.
This is a lively site in Rhyl which opened its doors in the summer — and to learn more about the location you can visit > Queen’s Market, Rhyl: Opportunities | Denbighshire County Council
The Menter is looking forward to collaborating with the Queen’s Market in the future by continuing the work of promoting the Welsh language.
