On this special journey Delyth navigates her way through the menopause – and everyone is welcome, because the menopause doesn\u2019t just affect women\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those of you who wish to do so can also join Iola and Carys for an informal chat after some of the performances, to voice your thoughts and to share your experiences – a golden opportunity to relax and to have your say in a safe space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Iola: “We have both learned that laughter is a great way to ease the pain and the fear. Hopefully, this is what the show – and the following conversations – will offer!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
